West Auckland based roofing company are seeking committed, reliable, and motivated individuals with a genuine interest in roofing to join the team. This role suits someone who shows initiative, takes pride in turning up every day, and is keen to learn and grow in the roofing trade.
The Role:
- Work across long run roofing, asphalt roofing, and TPO waterproofing - Residential and commercial sites - Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions - Physically active role involving standing and moving on roofs, including 40mm battens - Has a strong focus on health and safety

Job Requirements
- Proven reliability and commitment, living local to the West Auckland region - Strong work ethic, proactiveness and willingness to take initiative - Genuine interest in roofing as a long-term career - Physically fit, agile, and confident working on roofs - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Drug and alcohol free - Positive attitude and team-focused mindset - Driver licence and own transport desired. Carpooling options available for residents in Te Atatu, Hobsonville and Lincoln Road zones - Desired: Roofing or construction experience, Site Safe Construction & Working at Heights certification
