Front of house Member Solutions Officer
About this job
Local banking business are seeking a Front of house Member Solutions Officer to join their call centre to join their business on a fulltime basis located in Hamilton. Duties will include processing requests from members, ensuring accuracy when handling transactions and ensuring all member enquiries regarding new accounts, loans, products and services are completed in an efficient and timely manner. You will need to be positive, with a great attitude and get on well with a great team. You will need to have a high level of verbal and written communication skills. Solid levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Products as will be using various programmes and systems all day in your work.
Job Requirements
Attention to detail, Commitment to providing excellent service, strong integrity Excellent time management, organisation and listening skills. MUST have a Clean Police Record and Credit check. These checks will be undertaken by the employer.
