Courier Driver

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team based in the Bay of Plenty region. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels to residential and business customers across the region.

Your daily tasks will include: - Ensure that your vehicle is in excellent running condition at all times. This includes checking oil, filters, headlights, fasteners, air pressure, RUC, WOF dates, etc. - Ensure that vehicles are used properly. - Inform the fleet manager in case any paperwork has expired or any repairs needed. - Follow health and safety requirements strictly, at all times. - Process inward and outward goods and parcels in the early morning, loading van and deliver packages to customer. -You are required to work under weather conditions as it is essential work so we provide services to customers whether rain or shine. - Timely and efficient collection and delivery of freight. - Maintain ODO meter readings and other delivery records as required. - Assisting with checking wrongly addressed, undelivered, missorted, redirected parcels and freight.

Class 1 Full Drivers licence – with Dangerous goods (D) endorsement Police vetting/ clear MOJ Pass a Drug test Must have Reliable transport At least 12 months experience as a courier driver/delivery work. Training will be provided around geographical knowledge if needed.
