House keeper Team Leader

Arohanui Hospice is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term role, supporting our Heretaunga Street facilities.

Working with a team of volunteers, you’ll help ensure our facilities—including the Inpatient Unit—are clean, well organised, and fully stocked.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the volunteer housekeeping roster Oversee and assist with cleaning across facilities Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Manage stock and ordering of cleaning and linen supplies Act as the main point of contact for housekeeping needs

About you:

Organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator and team player Relevant experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or coordination Able to prioritise and adapt in a busy environment
