Senior Bar Attendant

Located in Westhaven CBD: we are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality cocktails with consistency, creativity and flair. Support day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. Lead by example during service, setting the tone for energy and guest engagement.
Job Requirements
LCQ Licence a must Must have atleast 6 months of experience Reliable and Eager Own Transport - Bus outside - except weekends will be late nights 1pm Train and mentor junior bartenders, Building capability and product knowledge. Drive upselling through confident recommendations and menu expertise. Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and support stock control processes. Maintain compliance with RSA, health & safety and brand standards. Flair for making cocktails and creativity

- Flexible across 7 days a week, afternoons and evening availability is essential. 9am till 11pm weekdays 1pm late weekends. (30 hours per week)
