Painter and Maintenance Worker

A local hotel is seeking an experienced tradesperson to support current renovation projects and ongoing maintenance activities. The role involves painting, basic plastering, and general property upkeep across a 77-room hotel, ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Painting corridors and shared spaces • Assisting with renovation projects • Completing basic plastering work • Supporting general maintenance tasks, including minor gardening
This is a 6 month fixed term position.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial painting experience • Basic plastering and maintenance skills • High attention to detail • Restricted or full driver’s licence • Must pass MOJ and drug test
- Days of work
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (some flexibility on when) (40 hours per week)
