Commercial painting crew seeking a lead-hand.

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll be running the site, leading crews, driving productivity, and making sure every job is delivered safely, on time, and to a high quality finish.

You’ll be the key person on site keeping things moving, solving problems as they come up, and making sure the team performs at its best.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating workloads, planning daily activities, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple commercial projects. Strong communication is essential as you’ll be working closely with supervisors, clients, and other trades to keep everything aligned.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreperson or Leading Hand in commercial painting Strong knowledge of HSE practices and site compliance Current EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket Current Working at Heights certification Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Confident using digital tools (iPads / reporting systems) Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
