A Plumber / Gasfitter / Drainlayer – Junior is required by a Tasman based plumbing business to support the delivery of plumbing, gas fitting, and drain laying services across a variety of projects including high-end new builds, renovations, and specialised maintenance. This role offers training and development opportunities toward NZ registration.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist with plumbing, gas fitting, and drain laying work under supervision • Contribute to new builds, renovations, and maintenance projects • Maintain high standards of workmanship • Provide good customer service and clear communication • Work collaboratively within a team environment
Applicants should be positive, friendly attitude and have a team-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3rd year apprentice, journeyman tradesperson, or overseas-qualified plumber / gasfitter/ or drainlayer seeking registration • Strong English communication and customer service skills • Willingness to learn and develop skills • Full Driver’s License Must pass MOJ and pre-employment drug test. An up to date CV is required.
- Days of work
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, with rostered on-call weekends Can be Full-time or Part-time (30 hours per week)

- $30 – $35 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)
