Key responsibilities would include: • Managing and sorting email inbox, prioritising actions and responding where appropriate • Diary and calendar management, including setting up meetings and deadlines • Preparing for meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups • Customer service and day-to-day customer communication • Sales support and general administration, essentially taking the bulk of admin • Being flexible and pitching in operationally when needed, including stepping away from the desk to help get orders out the door to meet deadlines

Job Requirements

The type of person we are looking for: • At least 12 months’ experience in a PA, sales support, or similar role • More than beginner-level Te Reo Maori • More than beginner-level understanding of how large NGOs, iwi, hapu, or government organisations operate around reporting requirements, decision-making structures, and budget management • Methodical, organised, and able to take direction • Focused, dedicated, highly confidential and trustworthy • Not afraid of hard work, problem-solving, or thinking and working outside the box • Must be able to pass a MOJ check
