We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our local aged care facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents by supporting them to live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with a supportive and experienced clinical team, contributing to high-quality care and promoting residents’ overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities •Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal care and mobility •Observing, monitoring, and promptly reporting any changes in residents’ health or behaviour to RN/EN staff •Supporting the implementation of individual care plans •Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation •Following all organisational policies, procedures, and aged care regulations •Participating in in-house training and development to meet our high standards of care
Job Requirements
Intermediate (2-4 years) Preference to persons with L3 or L4 Aged Care Qualifications or equivalent Suitable candidates must be able to pass MOJ check & Drug test Applicants must be able to provide an updated CV and have contactable referees

- Afternoon shift- 14.45 – 23.15hrs 4on 2 off, this equals to 32 to 40 hours per week on a 6 week cycle. (32 hours per week)
