Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with senior team members to maintain high operational standards. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience while visiting.
Key responsibilities include managing staff during shifts, handling bookings and confirming functions, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. You will also be expected to maximise profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Requirements
To be successful for this role you must have: • LCQ and Manager's Certificate • At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience • Excellent customer services, communications and leadership skills • Able to work well as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure • Be reliable and punctual • An updated CV
