Sockburn: We are seeking a motivated, bubbly, and driven Full Time & Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales team by generating quality leads. This role plays an important part in expanding our customer base both within New Zealand and internationally, across our range of premium pet and human health supplements.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a great attitude who is eager to build a career in sales, enjoys customer engagement, and is motivated by performance-based earning.
About the Role: You will work closely with the wider sales and marketing team, assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building. While sales experience is helpful, it is not essential. Priority a positive mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn are far more important.
Key duties may include: - Supporting sales activities to grow domestic and international customer accounts - Assisting with lead generation through online research, networking, and outreach. - Conducting virtual calls and follow-ups with potential customers - Helping educate and provide training to retailers and businesses on product benefits and usage. - Updating and maintaining customer information within the CRM system - Working collaboratively with marketing and sales team members
Training will be provided, including product knowledge and CRM systems.

Job Requirements
- A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude - Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism - Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - Tech Savvy and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems (system part training will be provided) - Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people - Self-motivated, reliable, and organised - Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales processes - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team - Minimum restricted driver licence with own reliable vehicle - Able to pass the pre-employment drug test and MoJ checks
