Harvest Hand

Pukekohe based employer is seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvest hand to join their team at their Tuakau farms. This role involves supporting day to day field operations, ensuring high production standards, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities • Carry out general agricultural duties as instructed • Understand customer specifications and cut produce to required standards • Pack and stack produce neatly in the field • Operate farm and planting machinery safely, ensuring all guards are in place • Use knives safely and competently for cutting tasks • Report machinery faults or issues immediately to the Production Team Leader • Follow all company health & safety and food safety procedures • Assist across other operational areas when required • Support new work instructions, systems, and procedures

• Experience in agricultural or field work is an advantage • Strong awareness of safety and machinery operation • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks • Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and drug test • Reliable transport to get to and from work (Tuakau area) •To provide up -to- date cv with relevant /or similar work experience
