Digger Operator

As a Digger Operator, you will be trusted to operate excavators across drainage, services, earthworks, and general civil works. You will be part of a team that values quality, efficiency, and safety, and you will be given the opportunity to grow your skills over time.

What You Will Be Doing • Operating excavators safely and efficiently • Trenching for services and drainage • Bulk and detailed earthworks • Backfilling, trimming, and finishing works • Working safely around underground services • Completing daily prestart checks and basic machine care • Supporting labourers and working closely with site supervisors • Delivering tidy, high quality work on every job

Proven digger operating experience on civil sites Confidence working around live services WTR endorsements preferred Class 2 licence an advantage Clear Pre-emp checks Strong safety awareness and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and pride in your work
