Batch Plant Operator

Provide safe and productive operation of batch plant equipment to ensure shotcrete and concrete is produced in accordance with site procedures. Operate the batch plant in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Deliver shotcrete in a timely manner to meet with production requirements Ensure regular QAQC testing is conducted in accordance with site procedures Monitor stock levels and maintain batch plant materials in accordance with the relevant SOP’s Communicate proactively with purchasing and logistics to ensure supplies of concrete aggregates and additives (including fibres) are available at all times. Inspect the work area, plant and equipment for hazards, damage and defects. Safe operation of trucks, Its, loaders, agi’s and other mobile fleet mining equipment Completion of paperwork, documentation and other tools required by site procedures and policies. Use positive radio communications at all times. Undertaking additional / alternative responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Mine Superintendent or Mining Manager. Participate in safety and environmental verification activities and inspections.

1+ years Mine operation experience. Proven Experience in a bath plant role; exp with mobile heavy equipment inc; loaders, trucks and other mobile mining fleet equipment; full manual driver licence with no driving charges; Licenses required; Class 2 - 4, controlled substance licence, Work at heights, WTR; or willingness to acquire those; No previous convictions; Zero tolerance Drug and Alcohol
