What we’re looking for: • Prepare wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, coffee & specialty drinks • Provide knowledgeable recommendations, accurate wine pairings & exceptional customer service • Supervise/support junior staff • Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act • Monitor stock levels and inventory control • Operate point-of-sale system • Maintain cleanliness & organ including restocking (heavy lifting) • Support front of house when Required

Job Requirements
• Must have min 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant environment. • Must have LCQ and duty manager certificate. • Must pass MOJ check • Strong experience in cocktail preparation, knowledge of wine, spirits & other drinks. Provide confident beverage recommendations & accurate wine/food pairing advice. • Experience supervising junior staff. • Excellent customer service/communication skills. • Work under pressure with excellent time management, efficiency & multitasking skills. • Excellent command of English Preferred • General Manager’s certificate. • Experience in training
