Membership Services Officer
About this job
We have an Upper Hutt based employer that is looking for a Membership Services Officer to join their team.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to members through inbound and outbound calls. Data entry. Respond to a wide range of inquiries from members via phone and email. Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure accurate member information.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with members. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass an MOJ check.
