About this job
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join a supportive team in an aged care environment. This casual role provides flexibility while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by supporting their day-to-day care and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities -Assist residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) -Support mobility and daily living activities -Provide companionship and emotional support -Assist with meals and feeding when required -Maintain accurate records and follow care plans -Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care
Job Requirements
-Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not essential) -Compassionate, patient, and respectful nature -Strong communication and teamwork skills -Reliable and flexible with availability -Willingness to learn and undertake training -Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism -Must have the legal right to work in NZ -Must be able to pass MOJ
