This employer is seeking a motivated Cook to join a supportive kitchen team within an aged care environment. This role focuses on preparing nutritious, high-quality meals that make a real difference in residents’ daily lives.
Key Responsibilities • Plan and prepare meals to meet dietary and nutritional needs • Assist with menu planning and implementation • Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards • Support catering for special events • Order and monitor kitchen supplies
The successful candidate will have • Minimum 1 year cooking experience • Relevant culinary qualification (preferred) • Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in • Passion for food and making a positive impact • Reliable transport or ability to get to work • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must have the legal right to work in NZ

Job Requirements
