Bakery Kitchen Hand

We are a busy artisan bakery committed to producing high quality baked goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised kitchen. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bakery Kitchen Cleaner / Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works well in a fast paced environment, and enjoys supporting a productive kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities: • Cleaning kitchen benches, surfaces, ovens, and equipment • Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift • Sweeping and mopping floors • Emptying rubbish and recycling • Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards • Assisting bakers and kitchen staff as required • Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, safe, and organised at all times

• Previous experience in bakery in a kitchen or cleaning role preferred but not essential • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment • Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn • Must hold a full Class 1 driver’s licence and have reliable transport
