Domestic Cleaner

The ideal role for a customer focused individual who enjoys meeting people, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable with physical work. The successful candidate will have a great attitude, strong communication skills, and take pride in their work.

Key responsibilities include: • Assessing customer needs and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard • Cleaning customer premises including mopping, sweeping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming • Thoroughly cleaning all areas specified in the job tasks • Completing initial and final walkthroughs with clients • Demonstrating knowledge of cleaning products and their correct application • Ensuring the client’s premises are safely and securely left on job completion • Following all Health and Safety protocols • Accurate timekeeping

To be successful in this role, candidates must: • Be physically fit and capable of completing manual cleaning tasks • Have a great attitude and strong customer service skills • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers • Take pride in their work and maintain high cleaning standards • Have a mobile phone with data • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and work practices • Hold a NZ or international driver licence • Be reliable with timekeeping

Training and support: • No previous experience required • Full training, induction, and equipment are provided
