Vineyard Workers required for the Marlborough region from late May through to September 2026 Winter wrapping cutting vines with loppers secateurs and then tying the vines to the wire with a twist tie If you love to work outdoors have a positive can do attitude and are mindful about doing things the right way the first time we would love you to join our family business. Grapeworx Marlborough is a proud family-owned and operated vineyard labour supplier in Marlborough. You will ideally have at least 1 season experience in vineyard wrapping, but training will be provided for those new to this role. You will work well with different nationalities We offer nationally recognised training through the Primary ITO and will actively help to upskill you. You must be physically fit able to stand for long periods of time and work at a reasonable pace. In addition to this, you will work well in teams, happy to muck in and get the work done communicate well and commit to the season. Transport is available from a central pick up point at a small charge if you require this. If you're ready for some winter vineyard work come join our family operation.
Job Requirements
Physically fit and able with no lower back or shoulder injuries Ability to work well as part of a team, and on your own Honest, hardworking, supportive of management and teammates Good communication skills Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Will consider convictions must disclose at time of application case by case basis at employers discretion Must be a NZ Resident
