Shift Manager

A city-based employer is seeking full time Shift Manager's to join their team.

Duties include: Interaction with customers and providing good quick service is required Able to work at all workstations (sandwich station, hot plate grill, prep bench, dispatch, delivery, and all-round tasks) with exceptional standards. Assist store manager to ensure overall business runs smoothly Ensure customer queries and complaints are promptly handled instore on online as required Assist the Store Manager with planning and preparing work schedules and ensuring that staff are available on a daily basis to meet the work demands Assist the Store Manager with interviewing, hiring and evaluating staff performance and resolve any difficult staff matters also recommend commendations and promotions if applicable to acknowledge staff performance Maintain proper inventory of materials ordered to avoid wastage Maintain health and safety standards required at all times Ensure specials are properly posted to attract customers Complete any team member and Shift Manager training modules.

Suitable candidates must have Full licence Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a MOJ check Must be able to provide an updated CV and have contactable referees
