Truck Driver

Immediate start. We are seeking an experienced and safety focused Class 4 and 5 Truck Driver to join a professional and well established operation. This role involves operating heavy vehicles in a commercial environment while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

You will be responsible for the safe transport of goods, securing loads correctly, and operating equipment in line with company procedures and legal requirements. This position offers consistent work, quality equipment, and long term employment for the right candidate.

Flexibility is essential, as the role includes working weekends, early mornings, late nights, and public holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a reliable and supportive team.

A valid New Zealand Class 4 and 5 Driver Licence or recognised overseas equivalent. A current Dangerous Goods endorsement. A minimum of 2 years or more proven experience operating heavy vehicles or trucks in a commercial environment. Demonstrated experience securing loads using chains and straps. Experience operating swing lift or container systems is highly advantageous. Forklift operating experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of safe loading practices and heavy vehicle operation. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, early mornings, late nights, and public holidays. Commitment to remaining drug free, including pre employment and random drug testing. Ability to work safely, independently, and professionally at all times.
