Come and work at Walter Nash Stadium, Taita as a Host lead/Pou Tiaki Lead. You will be providing daily leadership to the Pou Tiaki team and daily duties will include the following. Leading and supporting Pou Tiaki to deliver high-quality front line service in a busy multi-use facility. Overseeing evening and weekend operations, including sport and recreation activities and events Acting as the point of escalation for customer. facility and team issues. Fantastic opportunity to work in a great environment working with a wide range of centre users. Please note this role is fixed term until December 2026.
Job Requirements
Experience leading frontline teams in a busy facility, recreation events or customer service environment. Confidence managing evening and weekend operations including responding to issues as they arise Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to build great teamwork No convictions
