Digger Operators

We have a Porirua based business that is looking for experienced Digger Operators to join their team.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Operating excavators for trenching, bulk earthworks, drainage, and site preparation • Reading and interpreting site plans, levels, and markings accurately • Working safely around underground services such as water, gas, power, and fibre • Carrying out routine machine inspections and basic maintenance • Supporting the ground crew when required, including labouring and spotting
You will need: • At least 2 years experience in operating diggers • Experience in Bulk Earth Works, Trenching, Services, Final trim • Holds a Full Licence • Holds current Wheels, Tracks and Rollers (WTR) • Can pass a drugs test • Up front on all criminal convictions • Has own vehicle to get to sites across Wellington region
