Labourer or builder wanted

An employer working on a large residential property building project is looking for the following to join his team.
We are looking for either a qualified builder/ skilled hammer hand OR a general labourer. Need to be: Reliable and punctual. Happy to get hands dirty. Able to take directions and work well in a team. Have some building or construction work experience already.
These roles involves entry construction tasks. ( Labourers will be more entry level). Assisting other trade staff on site. Site prep and clean up.
Job Requirements
Either a qualified builder / hammer hand with 4 years experience building. OR a labourer with some construction experience i.e 1 year.
Must have a drivers licence and own transport. Pass Drug test. Must have up to date CV. Convictions considered on a case by case basis.
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday However weather dependant - might need to work Saturdays (40 hours per week)

- Depends on which role. Competitive for qualified builders!
