A local aged care facility is currently seeking Healthcare Assistant's. As an HCA, supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and independence. Work alongside a supportive clinical team to meet residents’ daily needs and overall wellbeing. Key responsibilities: Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Observing, monitoring, and reporting changes in residents’ health to RN/EN staff Contributing to care plans and resident wellbeing Completing electronic documentation accurately Following policies, procedures, and aged care regulations Attending in-house training to meet our ' high standards of care'
Job Requirements
Intermediate (2-4 years) Preference to persons with L3 or L4 Aged Care Qualifications or equivalent Suitable candidates must be able to pass MOJ check Applicants must be able to provide an updated CV and have contactable referees
- Days of work
- nightshift position, 5 nights per week. (40 hours per week)
