Window Cleaner & Exterior Cleaning Support

Duraspec Commercial Ltd is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Window Cleaner & Exterior Cleaning Support team member to join its Facility Maintenance Division. This position centres on internal and ground-level window cleaning, with opportunities to assist the wider exterior cleaning team on site. No experience with EWPs or rope access is necessary, making this an ideal role for someone wanting to start or grow a career in facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities: • Carrying out internal window cleaning across commercial buildings and facilities • Performing external ground-level window cleaning using both traditional methods and pure water-fed pole systems • Assisting the exterior cleaning team on site as needed • Supporting tasks such as soft washing, water blasting, and chemical cleaning • Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals and equipment • Ensuring all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and ready for use • Maintaining a professional and positive presence while representing Duraspec Commercial on client

• Previous window cleaning or facilities maintenance experience - preferred but not essential • A willingness to learn and take on new tasks as part of a team • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship • Hold a current full driver licence • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions • Professional, reliable, and a good communicator on client sites • Provide an up-to-date CV outlining relevant work experience
