Duty Manager – Feilding

We are a boutique cinema and cafe open 7 days and 7 evenings per week. Our goal is to be loved by the community and provide great experiences and memories to our loyal following in Feilding. We offer consistent restaurant and cinema trade and love holding special fundraising events, private functions and kids birthday parties.

You will need:

Proven experience within the hospitality scene and a desire to take ownership of your evening service at this branch and take it to a new level using some of your own ideas. • Proven staff management experience and know how to grow and develop a great team around you. • Great communication skills and an ability to multitask and work efficiently while keeping the team smiling. • LCQ certified with a current Duty Managers Certificate • A keen eye for detail and a burning desire to own your own business one day is a great attribute in our view. • Ability to read basic financials and know how to tweak practices on the floor for better results.
