You can start by registering your interest and picking up casual, on-call shifts, then build up your hours over time. Flexibility is key, as shifts are based around client schedules—this can be discussed to suit your location and availability.
We are currently seeking several support workers for our clients across the Northland region. We are open to multiple candidates, as the more support we can provide, the better.
Locations:
•Ruawai •Tangiteroria (approximately 22 hours per week supporting a spinal injury client) •One Tree Point / Waipu / Ruakaka (multiple support workers needed)

Job Requirements
•Willingness to learn and a compassionate approach to supporting clients in the community. •Full driver licence. •Flexibility to work around client schedules (this can be discussed individually depending on location). •Access to a smartphone. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Can pass MOJ and drug test.
