Experience Chef - Okere Falls

As a professional Chef you will be a key part of the busy team working between Mr Wolf Eatery in Rotorua and the Okere Falls Store . You will have proven experience as a full-time Chef in a busy cafe environment. You will be in tune and on trend with what people want to eat.

You will be joining a small and highly engaged team, so it’s important you are a team player and are willing to pitch in when required.

You will be paid well for your work and you will be no stranger to working early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Your week will be on average over 5 days and more in the summer should you need it. We have a really fun crew and enjoy making our work place a great place to be!

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a results-driven attitude as well as demonstrating the following: • Prior experience as a Cafe Chef and/or Baker, working in a similar role in a complex and fast-paced environment. • Relevant tertiary or culinary qualifications are desirable but experience trumps all. • Proven track record being part of a high performing team, to prep, cook, and plate food to an industry leading standard. • Creativity - ability to suggest, plan and implement changes to assist in taking our current food offering to the next level. • Genuine and great customer service skills.
