Professional Barista with Duty Managers licence- Okere Falls

Are you an experienced, professional Barista and FOH superstar looking to earn a little more? About the role: As a professional Barista you will be a key part of the busy FOH team working between Mr Wolf Eatery in Rotorua and the Okere Falls Store . You will have proven experience as a full-time Barista in a busy cafe environment. You will be in tune and on trend with what people want to drink. You will be a critical part of a smooth running busy FOH team. You will be joining a small and highly engaged team, so it’s important you are a team player and are willing to pitch in when required. You will be paid well for your work and you will be no stranger to working early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Your week will be on average over 5 days and more in the summer should you need it. We have a really fun crew and enjoy making our work place a great place to be!

This role requires a seasoned well experienced fast paced Barista within a cafe/ bar. Wild Bean and McDonalds Barista experience not considered.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a results-driven attitude as well as demonstrating the following:

• Prior experience as a professional Barista working in fast-paced cafe environment. • Ability to create exceptional coffees at a good pace. • Hold a current Managers licence or be able to obtain this without issue. • Ability to suggest, plan and implement changes to assist in taking our coffee offering to the next level. • You are reliable and bring with you advanced FOH skills, creativity, a hard-working attitude and impeccable attention to detail. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Genuine and great customer service skills.
