We are looking for an experienced and Motivated Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional customer service during restaurant service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership and organisational skills.
-Lead and run smooth service during restaurant operations alongside front-of-house staff -Deliver outstanding customer service to all dine-in guests -Plan menus and specials in consultation with chefs -Organise and coordinate special functions and large bookings -Maximise restaurant and bar profitability through portion control and accurate billing -Conduct daily stock takes and manage ordering of supplies -Ensure customers receive prompt service and high-quality food -Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally -Prepare staff rosters and assign duties efficiently -Recruit, interview, train, and supervise staff -Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions when required -Enforce health, safety, and security procedures at all times
Job Requirements
-Must have at least 2 years experience in managing shift with reputable -Have Bar or FOH experience (not essential but advantageous). - LCQ required

- Tue - Thur 5.00pm - 8.30pm Fri - Sun 12.00pm - 2.00pm, 5.00pm -8.30pm (30 hours per week)
