This Position is Based in Center Place in Hamilton A passion for cooking and a positive approachable attitude are a must for this position. An understanding of special dietary requirements and allergies, ability to time management and understanding of food safety. Great communication skills. About the role: Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Executes food production following standards of plating guide specifications. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Places and expedites orders.
Job Requirements
Experience in Mexican cuisine would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well-organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Able to work well under pressure and to show initiative. Good at following Menu and paying attention to detail. Must able to pass MOJ and Drug test .
