Auckland based Storage Solutions business are on the hunt for a reliable and customer focused individual to fill a hands-on Customer Service Sales and Administration role as a Storage Consultant. This position involves a mix of frontline customer service site operations and administrative duties

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing customer service and completing sales activities - Administration duties, including banking and account processing - Conducting customer tours of the facility - Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the site at all times - General maintenance duties, including some heavy lifting - Working towards monthly sales targets - Managing overdue accounts and debt control

About the Role: This is not a typical office based position. The role requires flexibility and involvement across all operational areas, including sales, administration, security related tasks, cleaning, and general site upkeep.

Job Requirements

- Previous sales experience - Computer literacy, with competency in Microsoft Office - Hold a full NZ Driver licence - Strong customer service and communication skills - Willingness to perform hands on tasks as required - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities - Physically capable of completing general maintenance and cleaning duties - Be available to work across all storage locations (Three Kings, Onehunga, Sylvia Park and Mangere) - Must be available to work Saturdays 9:30am to 2pm

$26 - $27 per hour (in alignment to skills and experience)
