We are seeking a qualified and experienced Builder to join our team. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality construction projects while supporting and guiding labourers and junior team members. You’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities: • Carry out a wide range of building tasks, including framing, decking, fencing, and general carpentry work • Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate project execution • Lead and support labourers on-site, providing guidance and direction • Organise materials, tools, and workflow to maintain efficiency • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building regulations • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent results

Job Requirements

- Qualified Builder (Certificate in Carpentry / other relevant qualification) - 1 year experience in the construction industry - Restricted or full class 1 license and personal transport - Ability to pass a MOJ check and pre employment drug test
