Exterior Cleaning

Duraspec Commercial Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Exterior Cleaning & Facilities Technician to join our Facility Maintenance Division. This role involves the professional cleaning and maintenance of building exteriors and facilities across a range of commercial sites. You'll be working with a variety of specialist equipment and cleaning systems, delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities • Exterior cleaning of commercial buildings, roofs, gutters and facilities • Soft washing and chemical washing of building surfaces • Water blasting and high-pressure cleaning • Window cleaning using traditional methods and pure water fed pole systems • Operation of Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) to access height work safely • Abseiling and rope access work where required • Safe handling, application, and storage of cleaning chemicals • Maintaining equipment in good working order • Representing Duraspec Commercial professionally on client sites

• Previous experience in exterior building cleaning, facilities maintenance, or a related field - preferred • Experience with soft washing, water blasting, and chemical cleaning systems • Window cleaning experience including pure water systems — an advantage • Current EWP licence (or willingness to obtain one) • Abseil or rope access experience — useful but not essential • Current driver licence — essential • Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering quality work • Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor conditions • Reliable, self-motivated, and professional in client-facing environments • Provide an up-to-date CV outlining relevant work experience
