White Pointer Boats is looking for an experienced Marine Spray Painter / Alloy Boat Painter to join our team. Surface prep including sanding, masking, and cleaning Applying marine primers, base coats, and clear coats Spray painting aluminium hulls and components Maintaining spray equipment and booths Ensuring high-quality, consistent finishes Identifying and correcting paint defects
Job Requirements
Must pass MOJ checks and drug tests. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in spray painting (marine, automotive, or industrial) Experience with 2-pack or marine-grade paint systems Strong attention to detail and finish quality Experience with aluminium preparation highly regarded Must have an up to date CV.
