Fabricating aluminium hulls, decks, and structural components Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Plate preparation, measuring, marking, and assembly Working with jigs to ensure build accuracy Installing internal structures (bulkheads, floors, framing) Grinding and finishing aluminium components
Job Requirements
Must pass MOJ checks and drug tests. Skills & Experience (Required) Minimum 2+ years’ experience in aluminium fabrication, boat building, or engineering fabrication Ability to read and work from technical drawings Strong measuring and layout skills High attention to detail and workmanship Must Have an up to date CV. Must have legal right to work in New Zealand Eg New Zealand citizen, perm resident, etc.
