• Holds a minimum of TTM Certificate (Temporary Traffic Management) • Holds a minimum of a restricted licence • Has their own vehicle to get to site • Ability to pass a drugs test • Up front about all criminal convictions • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Great communicator (will be interacting with team, motorists and operating an handheld two way radios
