General Maintenance Worker
About this job
We are looking for a reliable General Maintenance Worker to carry out property repairs and a wide range of handyman tasks across multiple sites. This role is mainly handyman work, with some lawn care and maintenance.
Key Duties:
Carpentry, fencing, repairs, door/window adjustments Painting and plastering Gutter cleaning and minor repairs Healthy Homes work (insulation, draught stopping) General handyman tasks (shelving, cabinetry, fixtures) Lawn care and property maintenance (1–2 days/week) Client communication and time management
Job Requirements
- Experience in maintenance/handyman work - Full or Restricted licence + own vehicle - Able to work independently - Physically fit - Own tools an advantage
Pre-employment drug test may be required.
