A well-established manufacturer is offering a hands on, full time cadetship opportunity for those who are mechanically minded, practical, and eager to kickstart their career in a real-world production environment.
This cadetship is designed for early career Industrial Engineers or those with a related background who are looking to apply their knowledge in a hands-on, workshop-based setting.
What We’re Looking For: - Recent graduates (or near completion) of Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering - Mechanically minded – you enjoy understanding how things are made and how to improve them - Hands-on learners – keen to work in a workshop environment, not just behind a desk - Problem-solvers – able to observe, analyse, and suggest improvements - Open to learning multiple skills: machining, fabrication, auto-electrics, painting, etc.
If you show potential, there is a clear path to full-time employment after the cadetship of 13 weeks.
Job Requirements
Restricted Licence or the ability to get to work reliably. Level 3 cert in Engineering or autoelectrical or experience Hands on worker and ability to use hand tools Open to full time work at the completion of the cadetship
