About this job
We are seeking a proactive and capable Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Wainuiomata.
You will provide administration and business support across key operational areas. This is a hands on role suited to someone who is self-managing, adaptable, and confident working across finance, reporting, and systems.
Key Responsibilities • Manage finance using Xero • Accounts Payable and Receivable • Payroll, PaySauce and GST • Monthly management reporting, finance, Health and Safety, people, risks, contracts
Job Requirements
• Experience in administration and office management • Finance-related background • Confident using Microsoft Office, Xero, and PaySauce • Self-managing, flexible, and team-focused • Strong relationship skills with staff, customers, and whanau • Supports the use of te reo Maori me nga tikanga
You must have reliable transport as there is no public transport nearby.
