Retail Assistant (Tech)- Part Time Weekend Position

A leading technology retailer is seeking a Shop Assistant to support day-to-day store operations. This is a weekend part-time, permanent position offering 12 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities include

- Welcoming customers and assisting them with finding the right products to suit their needs - Providing expert knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions - Delivering outstanding service and creating a positive customer experience - Managing customer orders, deliveries, quotes and product specifications efficiently - Process sales transactions accurately including cash, invoice, credit. - Complete exchange, credit note, or refund procedures for customers in line with the company policies.

- An up-to-date CV - Exceptional customer service skills - A genuine interest in technology is a MUST - An outgoing personality and a strong team player mindset - High attention to detail - Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required in dynamic retail environment - Able to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal background check
