Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

What You’ll Do:

Safely handle straight and pre-bent steel Tie reinforcing steel cages and carry out related tasks Interpret drawings and specifications to plan material use, methods, and machine settings Set up and shut down machines efficiently Cut, bend, and shear reinforcing steel accurately Inspect fabricated parts for fit, clearance, and quality using precision tools Conduct safety checks on machinery and hand tools Ensure production output meets daily targets Maintain availability of raw and packaging materials Support quality control and assist with truck loading for dispatch

Minimum 3 years of machine operating experience Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude High drive to succeed and go the extra mile Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test Ability to read and interpret construction and detailing plans/drawings Gantry, forklift, driver license, and/or First Aid certificates desirable Reliable, honest, and accountable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid knowledge of OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) practices Site Safe accreditation preferred
