About this job
General Site administrator also covering Production reporting, site purchasing, and assisting Maintenance team administration • Proven experience in an administrative role in a manufacturing/industrial/site environment (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with production/operations data. • Experience with purchasing/PO processing and working with suppliers. • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet daily deadlines. • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach. • Strong computer literacy (Excel and Microsoft 365); ability to learn site-specific systems quickly. • Understanding of maintenance administration concepts (work orders, planning, contractor documentation) is an advantage. • Commitment to confidentiality and appropriate handling of site information. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), site reporting tools (e.g., CMTK reporting), purchasing/finance system (e.g., ERP), and maintenance system (e.g., CMMS) as used on site. Basic payroll administration • Update Affinity database each week in readiness for Site Manager approval. 40 hours per week

40 hours per week prefer full licence (to pick up supplies) but can work around this immediate start Must have strong administrative experience
