We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Day Crew Cleaner / Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while working alongside their team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of a cleaning team Lead by example as a working team leader Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely Assist with team coordination and maintaining productivity Uphold company standards across all sites
About You Reliable and hardworking High attention to detail Positive “can-do” attitude with a strong care factor Confident working both independently and within a team Comfortable stepping into a leadership role Leadership experience is an advantage Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
Job Requirements
Requirements Full driver’s licence (essential) Ability to obtain security clearance (no prior convictions) Must pass a pre-employment drug test Physically fit and capable of manual work Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of health & safety practices
