We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing evening cleaning operations and ensuring high standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all evening cleaning operations Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently Conduct regular site visits to maintain and monitor quality standards Train and induct new team members Lead, support, and develop cleaning teams Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to staff Assist with cleaning duties when required Complete clear and timely reporting each evening

Job Requirements
Full driver’s licence (essential) Ability to obtain security clearance (no prior convictions) Must pass a pre-employment drug test Strong communication and reporting skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Days of work
- 40 hours pw Mon to Fri evenings + all-day Sun on-call 3:00pm – 11:00pm (flexibility required; occasional later finishes) (40 hours per week)
