Using voice-recognition technology, the picker navigates the warehouse, ensures inventory accuracy, and prepares goods for shipment while maintaining high safety standards. Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Clear speech is essential for the voice-recognition software to function correctly.

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and lift weights (often up to 15–25kg).

Mathematical Ability: Basic counting skills and the ability to read numbers quickly and accurately.

Attention to Detail: High focus on accuracy to ensure the correct products are sent to customers.

Equipment Certification: A valid Forklift or Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) license is often required or highly preferred.

Working Conditions Environment: Can range from standard ambient warehouses to cold storage (chillers or freezers), where specialized thermal gear is provided.

Technology-Heavy: Continuous use of a headset and a waist-mounted battery pack/computer.

Days of work
Varying shifts: 530am - 4pm rostered including weekend work. 7am - 330pm Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week)
